Yoga Benefit at Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates

Please join us for a morning of Yin Yoga that is designed to target both the physical and mental stress you encounter in your daily life. This class will allow you an opportunity to unwind emotionally and create a sense of peace and wellness in the mind. Yin yoga is a gentle and restorative type of yoga; it is suitable for all levels and no yoga experience is necessary.
A portion of the proceeds will go to support Wesley’s Way Foundation. Class size is limited and you can reserve your spot online on Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates studio website. Just select the Register Here button, then register for the Yin Yoga class on Sunday, April 14th at 9:00 AM.
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and bring a mat if you have one (mats are also available at the studio).
